  描述:連續(xù)細(xì)胞株K-562由Lozzio從一位臨終的53歲女性慢性骨髓性白血病患者的胸水中建立。 細(xì)胞被歸入高度未分化的粒性白細(xì)胞類。 Anderson等對其表面膜性質(zhì)的研究表明,K-562是一株人類紅白血病細(xì)胞。 K-562細(xì)胞株在自然殺傷分析中廣泛作為高敏感的體外受體。 See Pross等將它用于NK細(xì)胞的體外詳細(xì)檢測,包括NK細(xì)胞活性的數(shù)學(xué)量化。 K-562母細(xì)胞是多能性,造血惡性細(xì)胞,它能自發(fā)分化成可識別的紅血球祖細(xì)胞、粒性白細(xì)胞、單核細(xì)胞等。它是EBNA陰性的。
