  描述:注射放射性同位素磷(32P)誘導(dǎo)產(chǎn)生的可移植性大鼠骨肉瘤克隆建立了UMR-106細胞株。 細胞對PTH,前列腺素及破骨甾體有響應(yīng)。 對PTH的響應(yīng)度,UMR-106比相關(guān)細胞株UMR-108(ATCC CRL-1663)要高。 蛋白激酶C的活化抑制ATP誘導(dǎo)的胞內(nèi)鈣水平的升高。 起始骨肉瘤和克隆株都是University of Sheffield的T.J. Martin建立的。
